One Year Warranty on Eyewear

*Should you feel your frame is defective or breakage occurs under normal wearing conditions, we will replace that part in question one time at no charge during the first year.

*Two year scratch warranty on lenses with a purchase of a premium anti-refractive coating.  

Thirty Day Warranty

We will remake or replace your lenses if not completely satisfied within thirty days of purchase. Please inform us if there is any difficulty with your eyewear within this period so that appropriate changes can be made.

Second Pair Plan

Within twelve months from the date of initial purchase of a complete pair of eyeglasses, we allow a 20% courtesy fee reduction on a second complete pair of spectacles (lenses and frame).

Prescription Guarantee

One year conact lens prescription guarantee.

Contact Lens Replacement

If contact lenses are lost,  ripped, or end up with uneven number of contacts lenses, we will replace your conacts

1-for-1.

Rx Change

If Rx changes within 6 months from date of your last exam, we will exchange your unopened box(s) with your new Rx.
